Since 2006, Öhman had been operating in Luxembourg, focusing on providing private banking services through Öhman Bank SA. In 2020, this business was sold to VP Bank, and Öhman Bank returned its banking license. The company is now undergoing liquidation and will be closed in 2023.
In 2022, Öhman’s investment business started a new company, ÖAI Luxembourg Sárl, to effectively make various types of investments.
Philippe Nuss is responsible for the operation in Luxembourg, and Johan Malm, Björn Fröling, and Pontus Barrné are on the board of directors.
